TRX  suspension equipment, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, battle ropes and your body will the necessary tools to challenge your entire body in every plane of motion with versatile, scalable tools to improve movement on the athletic field or in your daily life.

Why are Functional workouts so relevant?

Life can be ambiguous, erratic and uncertain. Having this in mind, why should you develop workouts employing invariable and foreseeable sequences and gear? Whatever your fitness and health objective is, training variation stimulates learning and avoids dullness and boredom, so include diversity and practical exercises as vital constituents of your workouts.

Functional training employs drills that will help enhance your movement abilities in these fundamental configurations so as to safely and healthy engage you in attaining your goals while improving your overall performance. We will include movement patterns such as:

Brazilian that grew up in Macau since the age of 2, passionate about Arts and Sports. Cintia graduated in Design, and while following an Art High School Educator path, she pursued her other passion as a Fitness Instructor by opening a social enterprise that empowers people to sweat for a cause. Cíntia is the Co-Founder of ManaVida since 2017, passionate about her mission: to serve others, helping to improve people's lives in all possible ways and raising awareness about the World we live in. Polestar Pilates Matt qualified instructor, NASM certified personal trainer with a bag full of different sports, nutrition and Wellness related courses, teaching in Hotels for staff and guests, Schools, Fitness Studios and personal client’s facilities. She trains people and helps them become leaders to fully accomplish their best in their fitness, lifestyle, their homes, and career.

Most people call him Gui, the ‘big beard guy’ or the ’green guy’. Hard to describe what he really is- Architect/Engineering Project Manager/Gardner/TRX trainer. Always passionate about sports loves a competition and sprints like a horse! Gui is TRX certified and soon a Level 1 Crossfit coach and NASM certified personal trainer. Guilherme had personally seen the change how much a good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle in a chaotic stress working environment is crucial to keep you going.
