Because I love getting out of a session feeling like my body did something, I struggled to find patience to stretch- this was downgrading my performance in sports and daily life! So how could I help other hyperactive people like me would enjoy a deep stretch session?
While studying to be a Pilates instructor (how I tricked my mind to move slower ‘but still working out’) I developed this great combination of strengthening and stretching at the same time!
STRETCHYLATES is a combination of deep stretch and all the benefits you get from the Pilates Principles such as breathing, Axial Elongation & Core Control, Spine Articulation, Body Alignment & Weight bearing, movement integration…etc!
This is a great session if:
a) You want to start somehow but don’t want to go nuts!
b) It’s your rest day – but you still want to be active!
c) You prefer low intensity workouts!
d) Your recovering from an injury or just had a baby!
e) You need your zen moment!
Besides Stretchylates, I’ll make sure you sweat at our WORKOUT sessions or TRX PILATES
